when USL101 Host-to-Host cable is connected at boot time. After boot is
complete cable can be attached without any problem and works fine.

Another PC (IBM NetVista A30 (Celeron 1700/i845G) shows same behaviour

Boot with disconnected USL101 Host-to-Host cable and plug cable after
boot process is finished
