ghostscript-afpl port not able to fetch eplaser support files.

I've tried manually, but wasn't able to locate the file myself.  It seems the company which used to host the file is now www.avasys.jp and has replaced the direct link with a form and Red Hat RPM files.

Fix: 

I've removed all references to EPLAS and eplas in the port to build locally.
