	i.  the update brings seaview to the latest version

	ii. the author will be providing the current version both in the old
	    MASTER_SITES (as seaview.tar) and in the new MASTER_SITES/archive
	    (as seaviewYYYYMMDD.tar) so this will solve the fetchability issue
	    when new versions come out.
