The package linux-atk* is available, but not the needed packages *glib2* and *gtk2*. They must be get by /usr/port builds. This is a little inconsistence. Fix: /usr/ports How-To-Repeat: Since several months.
State Changed From-To: open->feedback Please give us something to go on in the problem description and how-to-repeat section. For example: - the package names and versions you are having problems with - commands you can enter to reproduce the problem - a cut and paste of the exact error messages and relevant context. Thank you.
Not ports (/usr/ports) - one port-package: linux-atk-1.2.0_3.tbz (6.0) linux-atk-1.8.0_1.tbz (6.1) Version doesn't matter. pkg_info -r linux-atk-1.8.0_1 Information for linux-atk-1.8.0_1: Depends on: Dependency: linux_base-8-8.0_14 Dependency: linux-expat-1.95.7 Dependency: linux-fontconfig-2.2.3_2 Dependency: linux-XFree86-libs-4.3.99.902_7 Dependency: linux-glib2-2.4.8_1 ..glib2.. ist _not_ on the package-server, linux-gtk2-2.4.14_3.tbz _not_ too. All other needed packages _are_ on the package-server (All/*). Responsible Changed From-To: freebsd-ports-bugs->freebsd-emulation Over to emulation mailing list. This sounds like a problem with packages lagging ports.
State Changed From-To: feedback->closed The problem was a structural one with respect to licensing; it apparently will have been fixed for all future releases. In the meantime these ports will have to be installed from ports for the current releases.
