	A new port, lang/phc, a framework for static analysis of PHP scripts, PHP
	source to source transformations, and (in the future) compiling PHP scripts
	down to native machine code.

Minor alterations: 
- Make the PLIST dynamic 
- Require gcc >= 3.4.4 (so it builds on FreeBSD 4.x)
