- Add shells/bash as a conflicting package since they install files to the same
  location
- Bump PORTREVISION
- Portlint cleanup

Thanks, but can I ask why didn't you committed the other part of my patch?
That does not change the behavior of the port, but makes portlint
a bit happier. Besides, using ${XARGS} and ${CHMOD} makes the
code easier to read, or at lest I think so.
