An experiment to test the feasibility/effectiveness of a community-contributor based 'issue triage' team. I will be coordinating this experiment with two interested community recruits over the coming months. Their fresh eyes will provide key insights into how we can improve the experience of our workflow/processes for key user-facing systems/services (bugzilla, phabricator, IRC, etc), and they will be assisting in the creation/improvement of an "Issue Tracking" area and articles in the Wiki.
Vlad and Rodrigo both tested editing keywords (requiring editbugs permission), while they were neither Assignee nor Reporter, which appears to validate they have the correct permissions
Foundations (team page, training, onboarding process, cta) are done. Next up, regular comms + calls for recruits.
