efi UART console  on RK356x  is broken

Now in latest source tree it is broken, set console="comconsole" is not working.

Is this a complaint about it not working in the boot loader, or a complaint about it not working after the kernel is launched?

loader works correctly, the bug is in the kernel.
This can be seen in the picture attached to the bug report.
