Patch to update textproc/libxslt

- Update to 1.1.39
- Remove post-patch target, not need anymore

Would nice if we could convert this to CMake
Did you test this and if so on what?
Does it pass Poudriere? Did you try it with any consumers?

make test fails to build (needs additial patches) and throws errors

Patch as-is looks good so far. Tests build and run but a couple fail for some reason, but probably insignificant enough. configure doesn't recognise --with-html-dir anymore so it can be removed.

This is actually needed before updating libxml2 to 2.12.
