Hello,

Thanks for rc script!

This is a good idea but it must be configured in a way that user can set it up easy.
I will think in a pkg-message describing how user should set up server in rc script and until is not configured it must use a sample config.

I will look at other ports using USE_RC_SUBR and see how they deal with it.

Any sugestions please use this PR.
