GitLab 8.0.4

As discussed with ruby@ i've created an update of www/gitlab to version 8.0.x even it is not in the tree yet.

The reason therefore is, that the old PR for www/gitlab has many dependencies. Simply updating the PR would require to enhance this list by more than 10 entries.

With writing an update we were able to get the old gitlab version into the tree while working on an update without side effects.

Patch attached. :)

Assign as related to 202468. To submitter: unless this needs an -exp run, it does not need approval by portmgr.

Attention:

While waiting for the blocking GitLab 7.x to come into the Portstree a new major version was released (as every month)...

Currently i'm waiting for 7.x to come into the port and will than update this PR to the current GitLab version. In the meantime new dependencies comes but some will be (or are already) removed. A short look shows at least one of the Rubygems needed by GitLab 8.0 is already removed for 8.1.

So nothing to do here until the blocker is done.

Going to take care of this.

I close this PR because all work at the new GitLab Port will be now handled in #202468.
