Implement default and sssd flavors

This request serves to request the attached patch be committed to the port.

The attached patch creates two flavors for security/sudo, default and sssd, the latter of which enables the SSSD backend. The attached sudo-sssd-build.log illustrates a successful poudriere build. Functional testing proved successful.

sssd is marked as DEPRECATED and set to be removed from ports tree.  If this changes and a supported version is added to the tree we can revisit it in the future
