FreeBSD's Makefile for log4shib shows APACHE20, but the project appears to be LGPL licensed.

Looking at the project it contains a COPYING file that shows a GPL license
Showing just the contents of a head of the file:

Looking through the project's ChangeLog file it contains the following change message:

        Changed license to the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL).
