Bugzilla currently sends out regular email for issues that match a particular criteria, with the following Subject/Body:

Subject: Problem reports for freebsd-ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org that need special attention

The following is a listing of current problems submitted by FreeBSD users,
which need special attention. These represent problem reports covering
all versions including experimental development code and obsolete releases.

We should clarify the messaging of the email so that it's clearer:

* What these issues represent
* Why they 'are' considered important
* What actions could/should be taken on them (call to action)

<https://lists.freebsd.org/archives/freebsd-fs/2023-April/002047.html>, for example:

> To view an individual PR, use:
>   https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=(Bug Id).

This can change to:

> To view a report:
> https://bugs.freebsd.org/Idnumber

You might also draw attention to the 'FreeBSD Bugzilla' search engine, which I use.
