I think you've run into a different issue. A regression with some recent changes. Can you please update your ports tree and try again? (All changes leading to the regression have been reverted). I updated my port tree today, so I have this one https://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports?view=revision&revision=463375 Marking as duplicate. Seems to me this is all the same issue! *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 226135 *** Assign to committer that resolved. Created attachment 191165 [details] testbuild *** WARNING: renaming "_ssl" since importing it failed: build/lib.freebsd-11.1-STABLE-amd64-2.7/_ssl.so: Undefined symbol "RAND_egd" I believe this issue is VERY old, but was triaged several years ago. Can't say if this is a regression, I usually build against base.
