Now it seems to fine swig ok, but the staging fails with some crazy error. It looks like its trying to bring in numpy now with python enabled. I have nympy built with atlas, not sure if this is the cause or not. Not sure if its better to just patch python out of this. One really crazy error is speaking about not being able to find compiler options in the registry like it things its running on windows, about 12-15 lines from the top of below. But the main errors speak to missing functions.
