I don't think this is necessary, we can use the freedesktop gitlab tarball. I don't care either way, if you prefer this, then go ahead. See also: bug 273514 Broken checksum due to recompression or index abbreviation size isn't specific to GitHub but also happens with GitLab, Gitea and sourcehut. Following comment 1 suggestion would help but suboptimal as GitLab injects unique hash into URLs of non-automatic files. Anyway, obsolete after ports 16bde072b16d. |
Created attachment 227707 [details] v1 Avoid having to populate GL_COMMIT by switching to NVIDIA's GitHub mirror/old-home. Keeping current WWW as that's where the development happens (issues/merge-requests).
