not a bug - a known config requirement

bug #265681 requests it be set as a default option

I ran into this problem because BROTRI is disabled globally.

Is there no possibility to check options for other ports?

Not at this time.

I expect there is no need to keep this open.

A full resolve would require ports being able to set/specify required options of dependencies.
