Description Jason W. Bacon freebsd_committer freebsd_triage 2017-03-20 20:24:26 UTC
The following error started appearing since running pkg upgrade this morning. The qiime-test script had been working for the past couple weeks and there have been no major changes to the qiime port lately.

I can still build and run fortran programs using -Wl,-rpath,/usr/local/lib/gcc49.

This looks to me like a numpy link error, maybe failing to use rpath to load the correct libgcc?

Thanks,

    Jason

Duplicate of bug #207750

A workaround is setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH
