Distfile removed from master site, currently unfetchable.

Upgrade to Dislin 9.2

Fix: The following patch

How-To-Repeat: cd /usr/ports/math/dislin && make install

It seems that the file has been updated: 

=> dislin-9.2.fbsd-6.0.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles/.
