To submitter: I'm afraid you'll have to provide more details: 
Firstly, I'm guessing this is related to a port you are using? 
Can you tell me which port this is?  The command 
pkg_which `which ossinfo` 
should be enough to answer that.

SOLUTION!
mv /usr/local/sbin/ossdevlinks /usr/sbin/
/usr/local/bin/ossinfo /usr/bin
