- Update to 2.11.5

Hello,

I have cerated this, but this is actually blocked by ports/149361 and
database of portaudit. I have sent an e-mail to ask to update the
value of gnutls-devel version from 0 to 2.9.2 regarding gnutls-devel
on vid:856a6f84-8b30-11de-8062-00e0815b8da8.

I've made it use gcrypt backend instead of nettle so we don't have to 
depend on it right now.
