textproc/wv2 was updated to use CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE, but as far as I can tell, this has not been implemented yet. See http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=150363

Both are probably unwanted given the default suggested in the mentioned PR.
Don't use CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE until PR 150363 has run its course.
