Description Sebastian Chmielewski 2011-10-16 17:00:23 UTC
Dell E6520 can't resume after suspend - power is on but nothing can be
seen on LCD. I did a procedure described in Handbook:

- sysctl debug.bootverbose=1
- sysctl debug.acpi.suspend_bounce=1
- acpiconf -s 3

Output from console:

ehci0: wake_prep disabled wake for \_SB_.PCI0.EHC2 (S3)
ehci1: wake_prep disabled wake for \_SB_.PCI0.EHCI (S3)
acpi_lid0: wake_prep enabled for \_SB_.LID_ (S3)
acpi_button0: wake_prep enabled for \_SB_.PBTN (S3)

I know it's been a while since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the tardy response. However, no version information was given and ACPI has changed significantly since then. So has the problem been resolved? Do you even still have this laptop?
