Having issues connecting to AP. 

1) cannot seem to connect to 5GHz 11a network.
2) setting mode to 11g can connect to 2GHz eventually.

Fix: presently unknown

Patch attached with submission follows:
How-To-Repeat: ifconfig wlan0 create wlandev ath0 ssid BOOTAY
wpa_supplicant -B -i wlan0 -c /etc/wpa_supplicant-bootay.conf
ifconfig wlan0 mode 11g
ifconfig wlan0 inet 10.0.0.21 netmask 255.255.255.0
ifconfig wlan0 up scan
route add default 10.0.0.1
