After I enable tty console and vga console the OS hang during boot. Host didn't answer for ping. I see console output on both console (tty + vga).
Please see capture of console output in attachment.

Fix: Patch attached with submission follows:
How-To-Repeat: /boot/loader.conf added:
boot_multicons="YES"
boot_serial="YES"
console="comconsole vidconsole"

/etc/ttys change to:
ttyu0   "/usr/libexec/getty std.9600"   dialup  on secure
