It seems that Japanese send-pr page loses attached patch.
I submitted ports/184055 from the page, the patch disappeared.

2. Browse the PR
3. The patch is missing

I attached a test patch to this PR in order to test behaviour
however no patches can be found. The issue is reproduced.
