I can't get services to be advertised with mDNSresponder. I have ended up adding them manually
with dns-sd. This used to work and now does not. I have used this and avahi interchangeably in the 
past and they both worked. Now neither does.

How-To-Repeat:
run rc script with a blank or populated conf file.

Last Revision(450916) is from 2017-09-29. I think this is complete overcome by events and could be
closed.
