New port: japanese/tex-xdvik

Recently japanese/xdvik and teTeX system were removed. 
However TeX Live 2014 does not have xdvi with Japanese supports.

I submit new port for Japanized xdvi which works with TeX Live 2014.

Initial review:

 * MAINTAINER=	none. Set yourself as maintainer.

Additionally please attach:

 * Successful poudriere testport, or redports.org build logs (as attachment)
 * portlint -AC output after addressing any oustanding issues

The above two items will assist progress of this issue.

Pending patch update and QA results.

Hello,

just grepping this old PR. My japanese is very very bad, but i'm quire sure that "リポジトリ †" means its a repository no longer supported. Since you fetch your files from there, are you sure, its still usable?

Given the age of the PR: please update the port to the newest changes. "portlint" is your friendly helper for this. 

If there is no longer a need for it please close the PR. If there is i will take care of it.
