I had a look at it:

1) If you provide a new port, a shar file is preferred.

2) The pkg-descr has

http://magento-commerce.com/

which ends on a strange website. http://magentocommerce.com/ looks correct ?

3) The distfile is huge, > 120 MB data ?

4) There's a small issue with the pkg-plist:
===> Checking for items in STAGEDIR missing from pkg-plist
Error: Orphaned: %%MAGENTODIR%%/media/xmlconnect/original/ok.gif

5) It depends on magento>=1.9.0.0 but 1.8.1.0 is in the ports ?

Superseded by upstream release 1.9.1.0.
