The www/otrs port is two versions behind upstream. Just changing PORTVERSION=    3.3.7 -> 3.3.9 in the ports Makefile works fine for me, but I am not yet sure how to generate and verify package plist, so I would like to ask ports maintainer for update.

Added link to small improvement proposal - automatic setting of the required permissions, which may be carried as part of the upgrade.

If you have time, please have a look at the Porter's Handbook. You should find all the required information to send us a patch.
