nginx-1.6.2.patch

- Update to 1.6.2_1,2
Adds the following important patches to the upload module (which doesn't seem to be actively
maintained at the moment):

https://github.com/vkholodkov/nginx-upload-module/pull/60
https://github.com/vkholodkov/nginx-upload-module/pull/51

This fixes segfaults after several reloads, and corrects an incompatibility with clients
that use double quotes on the boundary string.

Port maintainer (osa@FreeBSD.org) is cc'd.
