A few of days I ago I committed emulators/hyperv-is with the value of CATEGORIES as kld.  It passed check-sanity just fine but the freshports sanity checker squawked.

Should not check-sanity verify that the first category listed reflects it's porttree location?

i saw an attempt at doing this was done immediately but then committed out.  Is another attempt coming?

I checked Mk/bsd.sanity.mk.  The category check is still commented out.  Will this be fixed soon?

I guess it should be fixed or removed?

well, the idea was that a "check sanity" test executed before the commit would catch the problem before it breaks the index.
