this fixes the glib-error in seahorse-tool

this patch add one more option: G_SPAWN_DO_NOT_REAP_CHILD
to the module:plugins/nautilus/seahorse-tool-progress.c

that fix a glib error that prevents seahorse-tool --decrypt file to work

To which port does this PR apply?

Hello,

it took quite an amount of research to nail the patch to the port security/seahorse.

But since the report the software was upgraded several times and the patch did not apply any longer. I also could not find any other complain about this error for the new versions.

Therefore i think this PR is clearly overcome by events and should be closed.

Greetings,
Torsten
