Patch to add EPOCH to tdb and bump tdb req ver on ldb

The recent "Upgrade supplimentary net/samba ports to the minimal common required versions" (https://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports?view=revision&revision=377150) breaks the build of ldb and removed the EPOCH resulting in tdb-1.3.4 being detected as older than tdb-1.2.21.

Included patch adds back epoch to tdb and increases the required tdb version to 1.3.4 as per the ldb build failure output
ERROR: System library tdb of version 1.3.4 not found, and bundling disabled
