svn diff for mail/courier

mail/courier fails to build when SSLv2/SSLv3 is disabled in OpenSSL. This also makes LibreSSL builds fail currently.

Discovered in bug #195796 exp-build without SSLv2

Did this get sent upstream?
Comment 5 Bernard Spil freebsd_committer 2015-03-24 08:27:13 UTC
Not upstreamed yet, but that's a follow-up action. Informing upstream whilst patching ports breaks my workflow too much so I now have a backlog of patches to upstream.
