Description Felix Ehlers 2015-07-26 20:30:29 UTC
Adding databases/php5*-redis would be great.

Currently, I've got php55-extensions and php55-redis installed. After each pkg upgrades of php55-extensions, pecl-igbinary and php55-redis must be re-installed manually to fix interface failures.

This redis ports are in the tree:

databases/p5-AnyEvent-Redis AnyEvent::Redis - Non-blocking Redis client
databases/p5-Dancer-Plugin-Redis Redis database connector for Dancer
databases/p5-Redis Perl binding for Redis database
databases/p5-Redis-hiredis Simple wrapper around hiredis C client
databases/p5-RedisDB Perl extension to access redis database
databases/p5-RedisDB-Parser Perl extension for Redis protocol parser

I think it is done and can be closed.

PHP 5.* is EOL and was removed from the ports-tree. Therefore redis extension could not be added at all.
