Clang error output test files for this case.

Trying to execute a limited buildworld via an external toolchain (svn co of clang head).

I'm hitting an assertion in clang regarding out MIPSIII target that is used (which is not the default for clang).

This has been committed to clang upstream.  We'll get this when we start testing mips + clang.
