patch to update to verson 2.12.0

QGIS 2.12.0 comes with many new features and bug fixes[1]. Some of the more important ones are

- new welcome screen
- encrypted password management
- improvements to PostGIS connections
- DBManager Improvements
- conditional formatting for attribute table cells
- digitising improvements

[1] http://changelog.qgis.org/qgis/version/2.12.0/

The port graphics/qgis considers this via

- update to version 2.12.0
- add dependency devel/qca
- add dependency databases/py-qt4-sql
- suppress build of Oracle features
- extend math/saga support for newer versions
- renew pkg-plist

Poudriere looks fine for HEAD (amd64: default, all options enabled; all options disabled), 10.2 (amd64: default options enabled) and 9.3 (amd64 + i386: default options enabled; default + server options enabled).

portlint -AC looks ok

Comment 2 Thomas Zander freebsd_committer 2015-10-29 20:24:26 UTC
A few plist entries for GRASS option were appartently missing in the patch. Poudriere has detected them, I added them to plist.
