CRF++ in ports is at version 0.54, but the latest version, released 2013-02-13 is 0.58. It would be nice to have it updated.

requests for version updates aren't PR fodder per guideline.  There's been no response to the suggestion to provide the upgrade, so closing PR for both reasons.
