Remove vendors no longer in operation from the different vendor categories.

Nice to do: re-arrange the files to be in alphabetical order.

And clean up all igor issues at the same time.

When more information is provided on specific vendors we can address, but this 'bug' has no information to act on.

FWIW I do this occasionally. We need a more automated way of checking this and making edits.
