It seems nothing important, but just before completion the zpool scrub shows more then 100% of completion. # zpool status sys pool: sys state: ONLINE scan: scrub in progress since Mon Sep 12 21:37:15 2016 2.07G scanned out of 2.07G at 19.7M/s, (scan is slow, no estimated time) 0 repaired, 100.08% done config: NAME STATE READ WRITE CKSUM sys ONLINE 0 0 0 mirror-0 ONLINE 0 0 0 gpt/sys.top ONLINE 0 0 0 gpt/sys.bottom ONLINE 0 0 0 errors: No known data errors This is from 10.3-RELEASE: # uname -a FreeBSD w530.local 10.3-RELEASE FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE #0 r297264: Fri Mar 25 02:10:02 UTC 2016 root@releng1.nyi.freebsd.org:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC amd64 Regards, vermaden
I have the same problem on 12-CURRENT but on a different computer and different pool. # uname -a FreeBSD bsd.local 12.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 12.0-CURRENT #0: Sat Nov 4 00:38:39 CET 2017 root@bsd.local:/usr/obj/usr/src/amd64.amd64/sys/GENERIC-NODEBUG amd64 # zpool status data pool: data state: ONLINE scan: scrub in progress since Wed Nov 22 22:30:57 2017 2.33T scanned out of 2.32T at 21.2M/s, (scan is slow, no estimated time) 0 repaired, 100.30% done config: NAME STATE READ WRITE CKSUM data ONLINE 0 0 0 mirror-0 ONLINE 0 0 0 gpt/data.top.eli ONLINE 0 0 0 gpt/data.bottom.eli ONLINE 0 0 0 errors: No known data errors
This might be caused by the pool having more written to it have the scrub started
