It seems nothing important, but just before completion the zpool scrub shows more then 100% of completion.

# zpool status sys
  pool: sys
 state: ONLINE
  scan: scrub in progress since Mon Sep 12 21:37:15 2016
        2.07G scanned out of 2.07G at 19.7M/s, (scan is slow, no estimated time)
        0 repaired, 100.08% done
config:

            gpt/sys.top     ONLINE       0     0     0
            gpt/sys.bottom  ONLINE       0     0     0

This is from 10.3-RELEASE:

# uname -a

I have the same problem on 12-CURRENT but on a different computer and different pool.

# uname -a

        2.33T scanned out of 2.32T at 21.2M/s, (scan is slow, no estimated time)
        0 repaired, 100.30% done

          mirror-0               ONLINE       0     0     0
            gpt/data.top.eli     ONLINE       0     0     0

This might be caused by the pool having more written to it have the scrub started
