Hi!

Thanks for the report!

It was previously reported in bug #216423. You need to manually remove cargo-nightly-x86_64-unknown-freebsd.tar.gz from your ${DISTDIR}. Apparently, moving a DISTFILE to a subdirectory somehow confuses the Ports framework. A "make distclean" doesn't help here.
