Simple update to 5.31.5.
portlint: looks fine
Poudriere (amd64, 10.3-p17, qt4 and qt5 option) test passed (more details: http://freebsd.uzsolt.hu/logs/deskutils/fet/10amd64-default/fet-5.31.5-qt4.log and http://freebsd.uzsolt.hu/logs/deskutils/fet/10amd64-default/fet-5.31.5-qt5.log )

Changes (from http://lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/news.html ):
- Speed improvement in the precomputation if using many rooms and many buildings
- Bug fix in the printout of the subjects' timetables
- Rare crash bugs fixed
- Updated arabic translation
