/compat/linux/etc/fonts/conf.d/10-scale-bitmap-fonts.conf

Not sure if that really the issue of that port or of linux_base-c6-6.9.
linux-sublime3-3.1.26_1 (Build: 3126).

'sublime -w' results into:
Fontconfig error: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/10-scale-bitmap-fonts.conf", line 72: non-double matrix element
Fontconfig error: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/10-scale-bitmap-fonts.conf", line 72: non-double matrix element
Fontconfig warning: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/10-scale-bitmap-fonts.conf", line 80: saw unknown, expected number

I haven't modified that file manually.
File attached.

FreeBSD 11.0-RELEASE-p9

This is not specific to sublime port.

If you notice the error shows when installing linux-c6-fontconfig.

Its best to report this to emualation@
