Description Philipp Richter 2017-06-20 13:18:25 UTC
Hi, the latest available version of minidlna in FreeBSD is 1.1.5 which dates back to 2015. The latest release is 1.2.0 https://sourceforge.net/projects/minidlna/files/minidlna/1.2.0/

I was wondering if there was anything holding back the update?

Thank you.

No, do you have a patch? I have limited time.

Ah I see. I'll try to make a patch then.

Minidlna port update to 1.2.0

I integrated the extra-patch-kqueue patch into the 1.2.0 version to enable kqueue support in place of inotify.

Didn't notice any issues after successful compilation and tests.

The package hasn't been updated in a while, so waiting a few more days really is nothing ;)

Thank you.
