Enhancement for strongswan autoconf to enable the dhcp plugin.

--enable-dhcp

enable DHCP based attribute provider plugin. [ no ].

The DHCP plugin does not currently compile on FreeBSD.
There is some linux specific includes, and not sure if there is additional issues with the plugin.
If you have a patch for the plugin to make it compile, please provide the patch then the option can be enabled.

Is this still relevant? IMO this kind of change should be submitted upstream instead on FreeBSD ports tree
