Definitely pending working devmatch <-> USB HID device autoload.  We can't ship a GENERIC that doesn't work with keyboards and mice :-).

Right. That should be working for people, but if not I'll fix. It doesn't hit my machines, alas, or it would already be fixed.

There's likely other issues as well, but those should be separate bugs.

If there are seperate bugs please add them to this bug in the depends on: section so that the tree view of the meta bug gives RE the whole scope of where things are.

This was something we were shooting to have done by 12. And now there's no specific work on this. I'm closing this to ease the clutter in my bugs.
