My ports page https://portscout.freebsd.org/yuri@freebsd.org.html shows that engauge-digitizer us at 10.7.6-2 while v10.8 is available, but it has been updated 2 days ago in r473953.

Some ports that were updated later disappeared from this list, but not engauge-digitizer, which is very strange.

Yes, the issue needs to be isolated (using a test portscout instance) to determine why this particular update (or class of updates) was not picked up, and whether or not it can reasonably be addressed
