patch to use MongoDB 3.4

Patch syslog-ng37 to use MongoDB 3.4, the current databases/mongodb (2.6) is long past its end-of-life. Note that this port has no working MASTER_SITES.

Poudriere run on 12-amd64 OK.

I've committed this to my git repo and will do git svn dcommit when I get a chance.

BTW, there is aworking mastersite http://peter.czanik.hu/freebsd/syslog-ng-3.7.3_with_man.tar.gz. However I should discuss with Peter deprecating the older ports.

Actually, this should be closed. Haven't gotten around to the paperwork yet.
